  • Shed Those Extra Pounds – Did you know that each extra pound of weight that you are carrying is equal to four pounds of pressure on your knee? If you lose 10 pounds, you will subtract 40 pounds of pressure on your knees! Subtracting pounds will make it easier to stay active and can help ease knee pain, along with being healthier overall.

  • Eat Healthy – Fill your plate with fruits and veggies! For protein, add more fish like salmon to your diet. You can also add foods that are natural anti-inflammatories to help with your knee pain, such as ginger, cinnamon, and garlic.
