Chiropractic improves your heart function: Adjustments help to improve the overall function of your nervous system which allows your heart to function at its best.
Chiropractic adjustments lower blood pressure: Basically the same as above, however there is a specific adjustment for your first vertebra that can help with your blood pressure.
Proper diet and exercise won't benefit you nearly as much if your nervous system is not functioning properly. This is why regular chiropractic adjustments are very important. You should have your spine checked on a regular basis because the nerves don’t just go to the heart, they help regulate every organ in your body!
