6 Tips to Keep Your Body Young

Everyone knows by now that eating healthy and keeping active are great for both your mind and your body. However, there are plenty of other things you can do to keep yourself feeling great as you age. Try these 6 things to keep your body young:

Finding something you are passionate about will make you feel younger immediately. Find a hobby, volunteer work, fall in love! Make it something/someone you can spend days with/doing.

4. Add Green Tea To Your Diet

Green tea is good for your brain. It is actually proven to keep your brain sharp, and as an added bonus it helps to keep your weight under control.

5. Cut Sugar From Your Diet

Sugar is proven to do more harm than good. The empty calories make your body do work for no reason. 

6. Eat More Fat

I bet you never thought you would hear a doctor telling you to eat more fats! But omega-3 fatty acids can help strengthen your bones while reducing the effects of aging.
